1. Introduction
Welcome to the services provided by Kajetan Bajor (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider" or "we"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our website, portfolio, landing page, and the professional services we offer, including web design, branding, UI/UX, marketing, and consulting.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Other creative consulting services
All services are individually tailored to the client’s needs, and the scope will be defined in project agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are required in advance or partially as agreed in the project proposal.
Accepted currencies: PLN, EUR, USD.
Payment methods: Stripe or bank transfer.
Clients are responsible for any fees charged by payment operators or banks.
No refunds are issued after work has commenced, except for corrections or revisions agreed in the project scope.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains the right to present projects in their portfolio and marketing materials.
Clients receive partial rights to use the delivered work. Full ownership may require additional agreement if extensive edits or future modifications are needed.
All AI-generated content or materials (e.g., via OpenAI, Google, Meta) are subject to the same intellectual property terms.
5. Revisions and Corrections
Revisions are included as defined in the project scope.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
No refunds for projects once commenced, due to their custom nature.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, project details, and trade secrets exchanged during the collaboration.
7. AI Tools and Technology Use
AI tools (OpenAI, Google, Meta) may be used to support project design, communication, or analytics.
All outputs are reviewed and adapted by the Service Provider to meet quality and customization standards.
Clients are informed that AI-assisted processes may be part of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services.
We ensure professional standards, but cannot guarantee specific business results.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for project completion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, with recognition for international clients. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable Polish regulations and, if necessary, through Polish courts.
10. Privacy Policy Summary
For non-EU clients, we comply with international privacy standards. Your personal data collected during project execution will be:
Used solely for project delivery and communication,
Stored securely and only as long as necessary,
Not sold or shared with third parties outside service providers (Stripe, hosting, AI platforms),
Handled according to our detailed Privacy Policy available upon request.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing before project commencement.
Once the project starts, termination is only possible under mutual agreement.
Payment obligations for work already performed remain in effect.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
